  1. Definitions

    • Customer: Any individual who makes a purchase from our platform.
    • User: Any individual uses our platform.
    • Platform: Refers to our website, where users can book travel experiences.
    • Experience: Defined as any service offered by vendors, such as accommodation, tours, etc.
    • Vendor: Third-party businesses that offer experiences through our platform.
  2. About Why Go Australia

    Why Go Australia is dedicated to providing users with a centralized platform to book a variety of travel experiences from multiple vendors. Our mission is to simplify the booking process and offer a diverse range of experiences all in one place.

  3. Our Platform

    Why Go Australia offers a platform where customers can browse and book experiences from various vendors. Users must conduct all activities lawfully and refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities, including those prohibited by law or acts of cruelty toward others or animals.

  4. Pricing

    Prices are displayed inclusive of all costs and GST. Each experience is priced by the vendors. From time to time, vendors and/or Why Go Australia may offer discounts, each with its own terms and conditions.

  5. Payment

    Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept most major credit cards, including AMEX, and process payments through eWAY.

  6. Cancellations

    • Fee-Free Cancellation Period: All experiences have a fee-free cancellation period set by each vendor, with a default of 1 day prior to the experience and a maximum of 7 days. The specific cancellation deadline is communicated on the experience page, during checkout, in your dashboard, and in the booking confirmation email.
    • No Penalties: No penalties apply if you cancel before the specified cancellation date.
  7. Refunds

    • Refunds are available on request if made before the cancellation date.
    • Refund requests will only be considered if you can provide evidence that the vendor did not deliver the experience as promoted.
    • No Show Experiences: If you do not attend an experience you have paid for and did not cancel within the cancellation period, you forfeit any and all payments made, no refund requests will be considered and you are considered to have attended and completed the experience, except in cases of hospitalization. In such cases, a refund request will only be considered if sufficient evidence displaying your hospitalization during the booked period is provided.
  8. Privacy and Cookies

  9. Intellectual Property

    • All Why Go Australia logos and names are trademarked to Why Go Australia.
    • Vendors retain ownership of the copyrights to any images and content they own unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • Customers and Users retain ownership rights to their images and consent to Why Go Australia distributing their content across the platform. If a Customer or User does not consent, they are responsible for removing their content.
  10. Communications

    • Communication with Us: Customers can reach us via email at support@whygo.com.au.
    • Communication with Vendors: If you have an experience related question, contact the vendor directly on the number/email provided in the booking confirmation.
  11. Local Law

    This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW) and relevant Australian Trade Law. A process of dispute resolution will be outlined upon receiving the initial dispute.
